Westmarke Process

See what its like to buy a home at Westmarke. From registration to closing, we take you step by step through the process and show you how painless it is to buy.

  1. Learn about Westmarke. Visit us online, see us in person at our sales center, or give us a call. We will do our best to give you good information on our community.

  2. Reserve a unit. A small, totally refundable, non binding agreement allows you to reserve a Westmarke home while you review documentation on our community, study all of your options, and get all of your questions answered.

  3. Purchase a home. Turn your deposit into a commitment to live at Westmarke. Our sales professionals will assist you in filling out the paperwork necessary to purchase with us. Details on additional deposits, financing, selections, timetable, etc. will be covered.

  4. Visit with our preferred lender. We will assist you in setting up a meeting to discuss your financing options.

  5. Meet and make selections. Choose the selections that will make your home your own at Westmarke. Here you will choose carpet, counter tops, flooring, paint, doors among others.

  6. Relax while we build you your new home. We will keep you informed as to the progress and milestones in the building process.

  7. Pre Closing Walk Through. Here you will be asked to view and approve your new home prior to completion and closing. At this point you will also receive an orientation to the building as well as be introduced to your assigned parking stall(s).

  8. Closing of your home. Final paperwork is done, warranty information is received, and homeowner information is presented, and keys to your new home are delivered.

  9. Welcome Home. You move in and enjoy!
